COMPOUNDS
All orders will be shipped by air parcel post, prepaid, unless instructed otherwise at the time of order; a minimum of US$10.00 or 1,000 will be charged for handling. Compounds which cannot be mailed will be sent by air freight, and a minimum of US$30.00 or 3,000 in addition to freight and insurance will be charged to each invoice to cover handling.
HF-REACTION APPARATUS
Items heavier than 10 kg will be shipped by air freight; a minimum of US$30.00 or 3,000 in addition to freight and insurance will be added for each shipment as a handling charge. Most of the small parts cited in this catalog will be shipped by air parcel post, and an additional US$10.00 or 1,000 will be charged for handling.
RETURNS
No return of products will be accepted without our prior written authorization, unless there is an error on our part
